This iOS app integrates traditional work logging with multimedia capture capabilities, allowing users to take photos and record videos directly from the field. It replaces cumbersome paper logs with a digital system designed for efficiency and organization, comprising six intuitive components:

• Weather Tracking - By entering the project postal code, users can access weather data recorded at five intervals throughout the day. (Currently available in the USA and Canada; additional regions forthcoming.)
• Work Log - Facilitates quick and straightforward documentation of daily on-site activities and occurrences.
• Visitor Log - Enables users to record details of visitors during working hours for security and record-keeping purposes.
• Delivery Log - Assists in tracking deliveries efficiently, minimizing errors while maintaining organized records.
• Project Notes - Allows for daily note entries with options to attach relevant images and videos, enriching the documented information.
• Custom Delay - Provides a means to log delays not associated with weather conditions, including duration specifics.

The OnSite Logging App significantly reduces the time spent on manual logging tasks. Once multimedia files and notes are uploaded, ConstructionOnline automatically organizes and stores documentation by date, enabling easy retrieval. Additionally, users can generate automated logs and comprehensive reports within ConstructionOnline by specifying desired date ranges, resulting in professional documents suitable for project review or record keeping.

Getting started is straightforward: launch the app to log in or create a free ConstructionOnline account. The platform supports sharing of project plans, documents, change orders, estimates, schedules, and photos with team members such as subcontractors, colleagues, and clients. Team members can access shared files, modify permissions, add comments, and contribute updates—facilitating improved collaboration and communication across the project team.
